Smile more, make visitors to PH welcome

"Smile and the entire world smile with you" goes the initial segment of a famous quote from American author Stanley Gordon West.

On Saturday, Commissioner Jaime Morente urged Bureau of Immigration (BI) staff relegated to the universal ports to grin increasingly and scowl less, particularly while inviting guests from around the globe to the Philippines.
