Audiowav plans up to P2.66-billion IPO

Technology company Audiowav Media Inc. has filed a prospectus for an initial public offering of up to P2.66 billion, the corporate regulator said on Wednesday, in what could be the country's third IPO this year. Audiowav plans to sell up to 900 million common shares at P1.77 to P2.96 each, and the stock will be listed on the Small, Medium and Emerging Board of the local bourse. The company, which enables providers to play content in brick and mortar businesses using WAV proprietary devices, hired SB Capital Investment Corp as the sole issue manager and sole bookrunner.
